The program found less duplicates than expected

You probably have exact duplicates as well as items that are only similar. The latter will only be found after your confirmation and are thus only presented if you already removed all exact duplicates.
Solution: Remove the exact duplicates and repeat the scan.

If the software doesn't recognize them, then it's almost 100% safe to say that they aren't duplicates. They are only similar. Very similar objects are recognized automatically (if you don't have any exact duplicates), all others may require manual actions:

Please choose 2 items that seem be the same, and have a closer look at them:

Select both items (Ctrl+Click them)
Choose "More > Compare 2 objects"
Now you can see in the versions, what the differences are. If you think, that the program should recognize this automatically, use the send-button to contact us.

Use "More > Advanced Scan" to specify custom comparison criteria.

Please note that the program cannot remove duplicates with really BIG differences, like the same subject in different languages.
