System requirements

To install ReplyButler you need:

1. Windows 8/7/Vista/2003/XP/2000/NT

2. Outlook 2013/2010/2007/2003/2002/2000 (Not Outlook Express!)

(32+64 Bit are both supported)

Installation

Please use solely the included installation program to install ReplyButler. It will guide you through the installation and perform all the administrative things. Please note that you have to be logged on as "administrator" to perform the installation.

Uninstallation

Please use solely the included uninstallation program to uninstall ReplyButler. You'll find it in the "Windows control panel" under "Software". It will guide you through the installation and perform all the administrative things. Please note that you have to be logged on as "administrator" to perform the uninstallation.

In case of problems

Sometimes Outlook remains in memory after closing it. Perform the following steps:

1.	Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete

2.	Change to the process list

3.	If you find Outlook.exe here, you can either terminate the process or restart your PC.

After that the installation/uninstallation will work.

With the included helper program (you can find it in the start menu) you can also manually activate or deactivate ReplyButler or repair the Outlook integration.
