Why send e-mails later?

If you use this feature, you e-mail will be put into Outlook's outbox and will be sent after a certain time. You can choose this in the menu. In the options dialog you can configure whether the measurement of the time should start from the receiving time or from the answering time.

There are several reasons why it is useful to delay the sending of the mail

•	You want to comply with exactly defined service-reply-times.

•	You want to have time to think about your answer, e.g. because it may be too emotional.

•	If you answer too fast, you're tempting your customer to send you another mail instead of looking into the manual.
