The address is the first line of the e-mail where the recipient is addressed personally. ReplyButler contains verbalizations for formal and informal addressing in several languages ready-to-go. You can also store your own phrases (in the options at "Phrases") or define exceptions for individual persons (in the menu "Addressing").
