Was this caused by our Outlook tool <a href=\"http:\/\/www.replybutler.com\/en\/produkte\/replybutler.php\">ReplyButler<\/a>? Well, that wasn&#8217;t the case (of course \ud83d\ude09 ). But nevertheless it&#8217;s a good reason to show 2 solutions to this widespread problem here:<\/p>\n<p>1. Workaround<\/p>\n<p>Double-click the e-mail in the outbox, switch to another folder and now submit the e-mail again.<\/p>\n<p>2. Real solution<\/p>\n<p>The only solution to this problem is to disable addins systematically, because\u00c2\u00a0one of them causes this problem. You can do that at &#8220;File &gt; Options &gt; Add-Ins &gt; Go to: Com-Add-Ins&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>In the customer&#8217;s case the problem was caused by the\u00c2\u00a0 iCloud add-in:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.itsth.de\/img\/blog\/ComAddins.jpg\" width=\"630\" height=\"258\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A customer recently had the problem that e-mails were stuck in the outbox whenever he had just looked at the folder.
